ZDZ 140B2RV-G Champion AEROTOWING SPECIAL
Introducing the powerful two-stroke 140ccm opposed twin-cylinder model gas engine with processor-controlled ignition and an awesome power-to-weight ratio. The special cylinder heads make cooling easier during long-time aerotow with full throttle and hot environment conditions. And now, it's also available in a starter-equipped version!
This engine boasts the most powerful and best power-to-weight ratio in its class, with a fully CNC-made crankcase and backplate out of 7075 aluminum alloy. It also features three bearings on the crankshaft.
It is easy to reinstall instead of the ZDZ 112B2RV-J - the same backplate pattern and engine lenght.
The new construction technology with separate cylinder heads and a special combustion chamber shape and spark plug position delivers maximum power. The separate cylinder heads allow for multiple tuning subversions, including a modified combustion chamber for an even smoother run, increased cylinder head surface for easier cooling, and the option for doubled spark plugs for better safety.
The ZDZ 140B2RV-G features a well-tested and proven technology of cylinder head gasket, similar to former ZDZ engines from the late 1990s and the actual ZDZ 250 and ZDZ 500B4 models. This engine brings an awesome power-to-weight ratio, making it a lightweight, durable, and reliable powerhouse.
Its run and fast transitions are superiorly smooth, with the lowest level of vibrations you could imagine. The fuel intake of this engine is managed by a rotary valve, which, contrary to the usual reed valve system, allows for much more precise control over the timing and brings a much longer lifetime without the need to change reeds.
