Service request processing
We have made some changes to make the service of ZDZ engines more efficient, organized, and easy to reach. The first of them is pan-European back-shipping logistic cooperation with Packeta. Now it is easy to ship the engine under only local transport costs to the local national collection point from where it will be automatically delivered to us.
To get the address and unique code for such shipment, it is required to fill the service request form here:
This form is the second major change in service processes to make it easier and more transparent for customers and get all the information needed even prior to the engine.
Once filled you'll get an email with instructions on how to ship the engine back to us and your service case is registered in our systems.
I believe this will make service access easier and available for all the customers.
This form is also required for customers outside the EU and distributors. Without this form any engine sent back may get out of the queue and possibly get delayed.
